Daria Bakaushina's Profile
My family immigrated to Montgomery County in 1998, and I grew up here. After studying kinesiology at the University of Maryland, I left and spent about a decade away, in Denver, Istanbul, and Kyiv. I swore I'd never move back. Then life brought us home, almost by accident, and for the first time it truly feels like home. So when a city family tells me they're nervous about the suburbs, I get it, because I was that person.
I know where to find the walkable downtowns, the great food, the parks and trails, and the neighborhoods with real character. I help buyers across Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Rockville, North Bethesda, Potomac, Gaithersburg, Germantown, and Darnestown, and I help Montgomery County homeowners sell with smart pricing and only the updates that are worth it.
If you're selling a home in DC and buying in Montgomery County, I'll help you line up both sides so the timing works and you only have to move once.
I believe in luxury service at any price point. I keep my business small on purpose, working with about 30 families a year, so every client gets my full attention, honest advice on every house, and someone who will always listen, including to the scary parts.
