Rose has spent the last 14 years living in Maryland. Though she spent most of her youth growing up in West Virginia and Virginia, she frequently visited her family here in Maryland. After graduating from West Virginia University with a Bachelors in Foreign Language: Spanish, she moved to Spain for a few months to teach English. Upon returning from Spain she moved to the DC area and settled in Maryland, as it always felt like home. Over the past 14 years she has lived in many areas of the state including Baltimore, DC, Wheaton, Rockville, and now Monrovia. This survey of the state has given her knowledge of and experience in a variety of markets. A current Frederick County resident, she is excited to work with clients within her county as well as clients in the surrounding Washington County and beyond.

Rose has spent the past 11+ years in the commercial real estate world as a property manager, giving her a keen eye on the maintenance of a property whether it be an 11 story office building or a 2 story farmhouse. With all of her past experience, her primary focus is on helping her clients find the property that is perfect for them.
