A true native of the Mid Atlantic area, Leslie was born in Baltimore and grew up in Montgomery and Howard Counties, as well as in the Dupont Circle region of Washington, DC. After receiving her B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta, she settled in northern Carroll County on a small farm. Now an empty nester, she lives in the Sykesville area of Howard County with rescued horses, pigs, dogs, and cats. Leslie is licensed in Maryland and Washington, DC, and understands the needs of both the suburban/rural and urban home buyer. She has had a successful gardening business since 1987, primarily in the Georgetown, DC, area, that emphasizes ecologically sensitive practices and native plants. The business has recently expanded to include home staging, both indoors and out. Leslie believes that these complementary skills enhance what she offers as a real estate professional.
