AGENT PROFILE
Hello! I was born, raised, and attended school in Maryland obtaining a degree in Small Business Entrepreneurship. I have been a licensed real estate title and settlement agent for over 20 years in the DMV area. I obtained my Maryland real estate license over 10 years ago. I have worked with larger real estate companies collaborating with both sellers, buyers, and renters, learning the other side of the fence.
My experience and hard work have enabled me to understand the complexities of selling or buying a home; there is so much at stake both financially and emotionally. Whether you are a buyer or seller there is an analysis process for each phase of the transaction. An agent must have a true perspective to be able to carefully guide you through the process as there are countless moving parts in a real estate transaction. Besides knowledge, experience and diligence is a major factor in ensuing success for your client.
I took my time researching different brokerages and after a lengthy review I joined Hagan Realty approximately one year ago. My experience has been that bigger is not always better. A smaller boutique real estate office can offer an exceptionally more personalized experience not just for the agent but also for the client. Effective and supportive leadership is vitally important for success in any organization, especially real estate.
A little bit about Maryland: Besides offering all four seasons, Maryland has a lot to offer both on land and water. If you are looking for water activities, we have expansive beaches bordering the Atlantic Ocean and other waterways, such as the Chesapeake Bay. Let us not forget the seafood and the famous and distinct Maryland blue crabs. Hiking, biking, or skiing, depending on the season, Maryland has a variety of parks and mountains scattered throughout. Springtime or fall offers a colorful array of nature’s bounty on a leisurely walk along the C&O Canal or the majestic Brookside Gardens. Whether you are looking for new construction, a charming suburb with all the amenities, open land or a home on the waterfront, Maryland has it all. Lastly, Maryland is a short drive to Virginia or Washington, DC, our nation’s capital offering history, museums and of course, the Whitehouse!
