Charlie is a native Marylander. He was born in Rockville, Maryland and has lived in Germantown his entire life. Charlie played high school football and basketball for Seneca Valley high school, earning a State Championship football ring in 2002. Charlie married his high school sweetheart and has a daughter. After high school, Charlie attended the University of Maryland and earned a bachelors of science degree in international business. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Charlie went on to complete a masters of science in accounting at the University of Maryland. Charlie worked in public accounting for four years finishing at one of the world’s largest accounting firms as an auditor. Charlie currently works as an auditor at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. As a volunteer, Charlie serves as the financial treasurer of his church in Germantown as well as teaches English. After purchasing their first home, Charlie decided he could dedicate his financial background to helping others purchase or sell their home. As an auditor, Charlie is required to connect every dot and be very thorough with his decisions. Charlie believes these skills meet a particular need in real estate that many agents do not practice. In addition to English, Charlie is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. In his spare time Charlie is with his wife Priscilla and their daughter Penelope. He enjoys traveling to Priscilla’s native Brazil and playing recreational sports.
