A lifelong resident of Maryland, Britt is especially familiar with all of the great things the greater Maryland area has to offer. In 2003, Brit graduated from the University of Maryland's Smith Business School with dual degrees in marketing and logistics and began his career as a real estate appraiser. Over the past 20 years, he has worked with numerous lenders in the real estate industry and has gained invaluable experience with investment properties. In his free time, Brit enjoys traveling with his family and playing golf.
